As a corporate trainer, I worked for world renowned private and government organisations like British Petroleum, Statoil, Shell Nigeria and British council. My area of speciality is Human Resource Development, Leadership and Cross-cultural studies.

As a senior lecturer, I am teaching in Germany & UK on various Global MBA and BA courses. Previously, I have taught range of courses on level 4 to level 7 for Edexcel, University of Gloucestershire, University of West London, University of East London and Bath spa University.
