Paul is an experienced consultant, coach, academic  and author with a successful track record in business, sport and academia. Following an extensive career in financial services he moved from an Executive HR position into business consultancy and has worked with over 100 leading organisations and 5,000 leaders. He gained his PhD (Leadership and Organisational Change) in 2010 and has worked as a Visiting Academic teaching Business, HR, Leadership and Resilience and Wellbeing for several UK Universities including international campuses in Europe and China.
