Overview
NCFE Level 3 diploma in skills for business enterprise aims to a provide transferable skills from a plethora of topics that can be applied in any business setting. To be awarded the NCFE level 3 diploma in skills for Business Enterprise you must achieve a minimum of 6 units from group A and 3 units from group B. All the units will be underpinned below.
This Study Programme is designed to allow you as a learner to develop the knowledge, understanding and skills needed to enable you to progress to further and higher education, apprenticeships or into work.
There are no specific recommended prior learning requirements for this qualification. However, you may be helpful if you’ve already achieved a Level 2 qualification.
Learning at this level involves obtaining detailed knowledge and skills. It is appropriate for people wishing to go to university, people working independently, or in some areas supervising and training others in their field of work. Level 3 qualifications are at a level of learning equivalent to NVQ3/A Level.

The qualification is designed to be delivered over 3 months for full-time study, but it is also flexible in its delivery in order to accommodate part-time and distance learning. The qualification is delivered online, through lectures, case studies and quizzes.
The NCFE Level 3 Diploma in Skills for Business: Human Resources is a knowledge-based qualification which is internally assessed and externally quality assured.
Upon completion of the qualification, you could progress to:

- NCFE Levels 4 Diplomas in Human Resource
- NCFE Levels 4 Diplomas in Sales and Marketing
- Foundation Degree in Business or Business Enterprise
